When you arrive for your first treatment we will go through a questionnaire which will provide me with all the information I need to make the best use of the massage session. I will ask you some questions about any medical conditions you may suffer as well as questions about your lifestyle. Once I have this information I will suggest the best massage treatment for you and if you're happy we will proceed.

There isn't much difference between holistic massage and an ordinary Swedish massage except it's effect on the person as a whole. The massage will have an effect on the emotional and spiritual states as well as the physical. Thus aiming to provide an entire sense of well being.
